The subject of activity is the creation of a R&D centre at SEGER Cutting Tools Ozga Mikuszewski Sp. J. operating in the field of research in the scope of manufacturing technologies of cutting tools for aviation and automotive industry falling within the scope of “Industry 4.0”.
THE PURCHASED INFRASTRUCTURE WILL ALLOW THE DESIGN, MANUFACTURING, TESTING AND VALIDATION OF TOOLS AND PROTOTYPE ELEMENTS FOR THE AUTOMOTIVE AND AVIATION INDUSTRIES AND BIG SCIENCE PROJECTS INCLUDING COSMONAUTICS.
The main goal of this activity is the development of SEGER CUTTING TOOLS through interdisciplinary R&D works on new generation intelligent tools and hybrid technologies for extreme processing of elements with spatially complex shapes.
THE RESULT OF THIS PROJECT WILL BE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PRODUCT INNOVATIONS, TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED TOOLS AND PRECISION MACHINING PROCESSES.
The establishment of the R&D center is possible thanks to co-financing under the Intelligent Development Operational Program 2014-2020.
